Studio 1
Ideal for solo acts, 2/3 piece bands, narrators & more intimate recordings.
Often used to facilitate as a separate Vocal booth for larger band productions.
Studio 2
Studio 2 is our live room, ideal for larger bands (up to 12 piece), rehearsals, choirs & comes equipped with a separate sound proof control room!
REHEARSALS
Any vocal artist or musician knows the key to perfection is practice & we have the perfect place.
Sound proofed & with no distractions, both studios are popular with bands when booking rehearsal space.
Studio 2, at ground level, has become a favourite with bands for moving equipment in & out with ease!
RECORDING
Both studios 1 & 2 have their own separate recording facilities, allowing both polished & raw recordings to take place. We can even channel live directly from Studio 1 into Studio 2, allowing us to separate vocals from live recordings!
This allows us to get a great raw recording which is the foundation of any impressive song, whilst allowing us the ability to mix, edit & master different elements of your song separately!
ANALOGUE & DIGITAL
Using the perfect blend of analogue warmth & digital precision, we can master your songs EQ, Balancing, Compression and much more for a finished product you will be truly proud of. Your song will be optimised for CD & radio & digital platforms such as Spotify/Apple Music etc & multiple tracks on an album will be treated to ensure consistency throughout!
STUDIO ASSISTANCE
SONGWRITERS/MUSICIAN DEVELOPMENT
Behind every big hit is intuitive & creative writing. At Cloud 9 Studio's we can help you through the process of putting lyrics to music or vice versa, working through each element of your song whether its refining the lyrics, music arrangement, the melodies or chord progressions.

PHOTO & VIDEO PRODUCTION
Whether it's album cover art or promotional materials for posters, flyers or social media we can give you a photo shoot that helps express you as an artist! This can be in the studio or on location & can be the perfect finishing touch to your album.
We can also film your recording session to help you promote your own brand or we can even film a full music video, professionally edited to fully engage your audience. We have a green screen in our studio & are also happy to film on location so the only limit is your imagination!

Blow Your own Trumpet
We have an extensive amount of instruments on site such as piano's & keyboards, piano accordion, organs, electric & acoustic guitars, a standard & electric drum machine, with 32 different pre-sets & many more! Usage is subject to engineers approval, contact for further details.
Put the Record Straight
We have a variety of methods in which to record your session dependent on your requirements. We have a large vintage analogue mixing desk, various interface modules with Midas Pre-amps & a huge variety of recording softwares to choose from to get the most out of your recording!
Switch Off
Everyone needs a break & what better place than in our green room, designed with this in mind. Somewhere to relax and discuss projects over a tea/coffee or a soft cold refreshment. Light lunches & snacks are also available. We also have our own cocktail bar with free drinks relevant to bookings.
This is popular with clients after a recording or rehearsing session.
Band Together
With a combined experience of 60 years producing music, playing live & mixing as DJ's we are more than capable to take your music to the next level. Our friendly staff are happy to help through each stage of your recording session as well as give constructive feedback & a consultation at the end of each session. Instrumentalists &/or vocalists available on request.
Fine Tuning
We are adamant about getting the most out of every single track we record & wont rest till your song is radio ready! We want your music to be something you are truly proud of & are happy to go the extra mile to make that happen! With this in mind, multiple tracks on an album will all sound coherent & flow naturally rather then sounding like separate pieces thrown together.

Our Recording Studio is in the heart of Bexhill, a seaside town situated in the county of East Sussex in South East England.
Just 90mins from London & 10 mins from the seaside! Perfect for those of you who want to avoid London traffic, congestion charges & ULEZ & ideal for those of you who want to make a weekend trip out of your visit. Let your family enjoy the seaside whilst you put your recording on Cloud 9!

Our studio is conveniently located 5 minutes walk from the town center & the train station & 10 minutes from the beach.
There is a music shop in town for spares, repairs etc and plenty of shops, pubs, restaurants & bars to keep any guests you bring thoroughly entertained.
If you visit with the family, Bexhill is especially beautiful in the summer. Egerton Park & The De La Warr Pavilion are nice places to visit & Hastings is just 2 stops on the train should the family want even more entertainment!
